  • How long will I have access to ExamReady?

    You'll receive 365 days of access from the date of purchase.

  • How is the content delivered after purchase?

    ExamReady is delivered through CIMA by Milady. Visit miladycima.com and log in to access ExamReady under “Courses” on your dashboard.
    If you’re new to CIMA, your login credentials will be emailed to the address used at purchase. Existing CIMA users can log in with their current credentials.

  • Does ExamReady include state licensing or regulations questions?

    No. Only a very limited number of states include licensing or regulatory items on their written exams. Because of this, ExamReady focuses on the core technical topics that make up the majority of exams nationwide and where students benefit most from targeted practice.

  • Do school instructors have visibility?

    No. When a student purchases ExamReady on their own, the school instructors do not have visibility into the students' progress or mastery. Schools can purchase ExamReady separately for their students, which gives instructors visibility into student progress and mastery. Learn more about ExamReady for schools, here.

  • What if ExamReady is not available for my state?

    ExamReady is available for most states. Currently, ExamReady courses are not available for Indiana, Kansas, Nevada, or Oregon. If your state is not currently supported, we'll recommend an alternative preparation solution, such as our Exam Prep App.

  • What is the refund policy for ExamReady?

    At ExamReady by Milady, we are committed to providing students with high-quality exam preparation resources. Because ExamReady is a digital product that provides immediate access to proprietary content, all purchases are considered final.
    Refunds: Refunds are not available once an order has been processed, except in limited circumstances at the sole discretion of Milady or Cengage.
    Exchanges: If you accidentally purchase the wrong ExamReady product (such as the incorrect state or program) and have not yet started the Readiness Exam, you may request a one-time exchange for the correct ExamReady product at no additional charge.
