  • How long is this training course?

    The training course should take approximately 3 hours, depending on your current comfort level with CIMA, technology, and how long you take to practice what you learn. You may take the course at your own pace, stopping and starting as it fits your schedule.

  • Are there any pre-requisites for this training course?

    There are a just three pre-requisites:

    1. Your school is currently using CIMA.
    2. You have a CIMA account.
    3. You have taken the CIMA Fundamentals course OR you have a basic understand of how to navigate CIMA.
  • Will I receive a Certificate of Completion and earn CEUs?

    Upon successful completion of the training course and earning at least 70% on the Final Exam, you will receive a Certificate of Completion. This training is not endorsed by states and accrediting agencies, it is designed to help educators get comfortable with using CIMA. The course covers fundamentals of using CIMA as an educational aid and to effectively deliver educational content.

  • Can I take this course before we roll-out CIMA to students?

    Yes! You can take this course before you rollout CIMA. With interactive videos and a variety of hands-on activities, you will learn the fundamentals every educator needs to use CIMA successfully with confidence and ease. Then, you’ll be ready to lead the way with CIMA.

  • Why should I take this training course?

    Whether you are just getting started, or have been using CIMA for a while now, this training course is for you. With interactive videos and a variety of hands-on activities, you will learn the fundamentals every educator needs to use CIMA successfully.

    Upon completion of the course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion which you can proudly display for your students and fellow educators to see. And as an added value, you will receive one credit towards your Milady Master Educator Certification.

  • How is the course structured?

    There are six primary lessons in the training course with an assessment at the end of each lesson as well as a final exam. You must pass the final exam with a score of 70% in order to obtain the Certificate of Completion.

  • Does this count as credit towards my Master Educator Certification?

    Upon completion of this training course, you will receive one (1) credit toward your Milady Master Educator Certification.
