Need to change your certificate?
Please submit a ticket at support.cengage.com. and follow the on-screen instructions. Make sure to include your account information (full name and email address) and how you'd like your information to appear.
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you purchased a course within the past two weeks and have not yet completed at least 50% of it, you can request a refund.
To initiate your request, please submit a ticket at support.cengage.com, using case problem type, "Refund/Return."
Requesting Learner Records
We kindly request that you submit a ticket to support.cengage.com to request access to your records. Use case problem type, "Product/Systems Support." When creating your case, please ensure that you use the same email address that you've completed your Milady Training courses with, as this will aid in the verification process. Once we receive your case, our dedicated team will promptly assist you in accessing your records.
