Who can qualify?
This offer is for individuals who purchase ExamReady directly through Milady Training from November 15 through December 15, 2026. School purchases are not eligible.
To qualify, you must:
- Use the ExamReady product aligned to your state and program.
- Spend at least 20 hours in the course.
- Earn green status for every Mastery topic.
- Take your licensing exam within 30 days of using ExamReady.
- Submit a refund request with the required proof within 10 days of your unsuccessful exam attempt and no later than February 28, 2027.
One refund is allowed per customer per ExamReady product. Purchases or requests that do not meet all requirements are not eligible.
How to request a refund
How to request a refund Submit the refund request form linked below and provide:
- Your name and purchase email
- The ExamReady product you purchased
- Your graduation date
- The date of your unsuccessful exam attempt
- Proof of the unsuccessful attempt
- Confirmation that you completed the readiness requirements and used the product aligned to your state and program
Milady will review the request and verify eligibility, including product usage and dates. If approved, the refund will be processed through Milady Training.
Terms and conditions
This offer applies only to direct-to-student ExamReady purchases made through Milady Training from November 15 through December 15, 2026. School purchases are excluded. To be eligible, the customer must use the ExamReady product aligned to their state and program, spend at least 20 hours in the course, achieve green status for all Mastery topics, take the licensing exam within 30 days of using ExamReady, and submit a refund request with required proof within 10 days of the unsuccessful exam attempt and before February 28, 2027. Limit one refund per customer per ExamReady product. All requests are subject to eligibility verification by Milady.
