• Is this the same as my MiladyPro account?

    Yes. Instead of using MiladyPro for your learning platform, we will be utilizing Milady Training for a better experience for you. We've already moved your account over, so please sign in with the same email and password that you would have used for MiladyPro.

    We're confident you will love Milady Training.

  • What's happening to MiladyPro?

    MiladyPro will remain the same for Online Courses for Professionals and Online Licensing Preparation (for now). We've only moved our Online Courses for Instructors to Milady Training, and they will no longer be available to purchase on MiladyPro.

  • Can I still purchase an online instructor course on MiladyPro?

    No. From today moving forward you will not be able to purchase an instructor course on MiladyPro. You will have to purchase on Milady Training.

  • What's my email and password to sign in to Milady Training?

    To sign in, please use the same email and password that you used to sign in to MiladyPro.

    If you don't know what your login is, please reach out to [email protected].

  • I can't create a Milady Training account. It says, "email already taken".

    If the email "has already been taken," and you didn't create an account yourself—it's because we moved your account over from MiladyPro.

    To sign in to your Milady Training account, please use the same email and password as you did to sign into MiladyPro.

  • Will I still have access to the courses I've recently purchased on MiladyPro?

    Yes. If you've purchased a class on MiladyPro within the last 365 days, you will have access to the course on both MiladyPro and Milady Training until that 365 days is up. You can view your Milady Training courses on your dashboard.

    Example: If you purchased a course on MiladyPro on August 14th, 2020, you will have access to the course on both MiladyPro and Milady Training until August 14th, 2021.

  • How can I get certificates of completion for courses I have completed but have expired already?

    Even if your access to the course expired in 2019 or 2020, you can still find your certificate of completions for each course that you've completed on your Milady Training certificates page.

  • Where are my certificates of completion?

    Your certificates of completion can be found on your certificates page. You will have access to all certificates of completion that you've earned, even if you've already lost access to the course.

 

  • Are all 24 of the instructor courses moved to Milady Training?

    Yes. All of our Instructor Courses [24] have been moved, and are only available on Milady Training. View all Instructor Courses here.

  • Does this effect my Master Educator Certification?

    No, don't worry! If you already had credits from MiladyPro courses, they still count towards your Master Educator Certification. The courses remained the same, we're just using a new platform to deliver them to you. If you are working towards your Master Educator Certification continue to keep track of your credits, and reach out to [email protected], when you believe you've reached Level 1 (12 credits), Level 2 (18 credits) or Level 3 (24 credits).

  • I already had a Milady Training Account with a different email than MiladyPro, now I have two accounts.

    If you already had a Milady Training account with a different email than the one that you used on MiladyPro, you now have two Milady Training accounts. Please reach out to [email protected] to merge your accounts. Be sure to give them both emails of your Milady Training accounts (so they can merge the two), and let them know which one you'd like to be your primary account.

  • Why are 'in-person live' training certificates not appearing?

    Any of your in-person live training certificates will NOT appear in your Milady Training account. However, we do have documentation of the trainings that you've attended, and they will count towards your Master Educator credits.

  • My MiladyPro "in-progress" courses are not appearing on Milady Training.

    If you currently have courses in-progress on MiladyPro, please complete them on MiladyPro. Once completed, it will be reflected in your Milady Training account within 90 days. If you'd rather complete the course on Milady Training, please reach out to [email protected] and we will give you access to the course.
