• Is this the same as my MiladyPro account?

    Yes. Instead of using MiladyPro for your learning platform, we will be utilizing Milady Training for a better experience for you. If you already have a Milady Training account, sign in and you should see your account reflected with any course that you've purchased on MiladyPro within the last 60 days, and any certificate that you've earned after Jan 1, 2020. If you don't already have a Milady Training account, don't worry! We've already moved your account over, you should have gotten an email from Milady Training to set your new password. If you didn't receive it, please check your Spam/Junk folder. Once you set your password you'll be able to sign-in and access any course that you've purchased within the last 60 days in MiladyPro, as well as access any certification that you've received within MiladyPro after Jan 1, 2020.

  • What's happening to MiladyPro?

    MiladyPro will remain the same for Online Licensing Preparation and Print Products (for now). We've only moved our Online Courses to Milady Training, and they will no longer be available to purchase on MiladyPro.

  • Can I still purchase an online course on MiladyPro?

    No. From today moving forward you will not be able to purchase an online course for professionals on MiladyPro. You will have to purchase on Milady Training.

  • What's my email and password to sign in to Milady Training?

    If you already have a Milady Training account, under the same email that you used on MiladyPro please sign in and all of your courses from MiladyPro (after Jan 1, 2020) should be reflected. If you don't have a Milady Training account yet, or used a different email address on MiladyPro we've already moved your account over with the email that you used for your MiladyPro account, you should have gotten an email from Milady Training to set your new password. If you don't see the email, please check your spam/junk folder. Once you set your password you'll be able to sign-in and access any course that you've previously purchased in MiladyPro, as well as access any certification that you've received within MiladyPro.

  • I can't create a Milady Training account. It says, "email already taken".

    If the email "has already been taken," and you didn't create an account yourself—it's because we moved your account over from MiladyPro.

    To sign in to your Milady Training account, please find the email we sent you from Milady Training. It will include a link to set your password and you'll be able to sign in from there. You can also click "Forgot Password" on the login page and reset your password there.

  • Will I still have access to the courses I've recently purchased on MiladyPro?

    Yes. If you've purchased a class on MiladyPro within the last 60 days, you will have access to the course on both, MiladyPro and Milady Training until that 60 days is up. You can view your active Milady Training courses on your dashboard.

    Example: If you purchased a course on MiladyPro on April 1, 2022, you will have access to the course on both MiladyPro and Milady Training until June 1, 2022.

  • How can I get certificates of completion for courses I have completed but have expired already?

    Even if your access to the course expired in 2020 or 2021, you can still find your certificate of completions for each MiladyPro course that you've completed on your Milady Training certificates page. Only for courses completed after Jan 1, 2020.

  • Where are my certificates of completion?

    Your certificates of completion can be found on your certificates page. You will have access to all certificates of completion that you've earned on MiladyPro after Jan 1, 2020, even if you've already lost access to the course.

  • I already had a Milady Training Account with a different email than MiladyPro, now I have two accounts.

    If you already had a Milady Training account with a different email than the one that you used on MiladyPro, you now have two Milady Training accounts. Please reach out to [email protected] to merge your accounts. Be sure to give them both emails of your Milady Training accounts (so they can merge the two), and let them know which email address you'd like to use as your primary account.

  • My MiladyPro "in-progress" courses are not appearing on Milady Training.

    If you currently have courses in-progress on MiladyPro, you need to complete them on MiladyPro. Once completed, it will be reflected in your Milady Training account within 90 days. If you'd rather complete the course on Milady Training, you need to start from the beginning.
